The set backs are used as ramps which leads to basement parking. North is towards the right. Basement can accommodate car park for 8 cars. Gymnasium is provided in the basement. Staircase and lift is also provided.

The stilt floor accommodates car park for 8 cars. The entrance to the building is followed by an entrance lobby which leads to staircase and lift. The Entrance to the site is from south, followed by a security cabin and garden.

First floor has one unit with 4bhk apartment. there are two different entries to this unit, one is themain entrance which leads to the living room and other is the servant room entrance. The servant room has an attached toilet to it. The main unit has a living room, family room a huge terrace, kitchen with dining area and attached dry balcony, all the four bedroom have attached toilet.

Second floor again comprises of a single unit of 4bhk apartment. It has a smaller family room compared to first floor. Two different entries, one leading to living room another to servant room.
