Basement Parking- Mechanical car park, height of the basement is 3.85m. A parking for 164 cars is provided. Two lift lobbies lead to the upper floors. 


Lower Ground floor- 1.5 M below the ground level. Entry has a 2 m wide passage, this floor has 33 shops. In the centre there are two lifts which leads to upper floors and basement. Escalator leads to the upper ground floor. Sitting area is provided in the centre of the building. Two staircases along with service lifts provided in north and east corner of the building,near the entrance.


Upper Ground Floor- 1.50m above the ground level.  Planning similar to lower ground floor. The shops on this floor are double heighten, with a mezzanine floor.

Mezzanine floor plan- toilet is provided in the north-west corner on this floor.


First Floor plan- showing central courtyard, 1.5m passage, all the adjoining offices. Two lifts in the courtyard, Two service lifts and staircase in north and east corner. The adjoining offices are provided with a common duct. Two terraces are provided in the west corner of the building, connected to the office.


Second floor plan- central courtyard, 1.5m passage adjoining all the offices, two staircases and service lifts, terrace on south near the entrance.

Third Floor Plan- Central courtyard, adjoining 1.5m passage. two lifts in the courtyard, two service lifts and staircase in the north and east corner. All the Offices adjoining the passage. 

Fourth floor plan- showing central courtyard, 1.5m adjoining passage, two covered restaurants with attached kitchen, and two open restaurants again with attached kitchen adjoining the service staircase.
